Empowering Neurodivergent Children through kindness
Ayana's Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering a global support network for neurodivergent children. Our mission is to promote awareness of neurological conditions and ensure families can access comprehensive support, therapies, and resources, regardless of their socioeconomic status. We strive to create a community that empowers neurodivergent children to thrive.
Meet Ayana, a warrior girl whose life changed in July 2018. After falling ill, she was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis, leading to surgeries, seizures, and a long hospital stay. Despite losing the ability to walk and speak, Ayana fights daily, making progress through therapy. Her strength and resilience inspired our mission to help neurodivergent children get the care they need to thrive. Help us support Ayana and others like her.

Lefase started the foundation after facing the immense challenges of raising her neurodivergent daughter, Ayana, and realising the lack of accessible care and support for families like hers. Throughout Ayana’s medical journey, Lefase turned to fitness to build her mental and physical resilience, which became her lifeline during difficult times. Her passion for fitness, combined with her desire to break down barriers to specialized care, inspired her to create a foundation that provides holistic support, therapies, and resources for neurodivergent children, ensuring that all families, regardless of their circumstances, can access the help they need.
